Paul Kent: Owner and Head Engineer, Paul is passionate about music and helping new bands to develop their sound. A musician/songwriter himself, with 5 years industry experience he has a solid base of previous work that shows quality and consistency. His passion is for live instruments, but has spent the last few years producing urban music for some of the West Midlands up and coming artists. Pro Tools 210m trained. Nath Morris: Head Engineer of Flipside Studios, Nathan has been involved in music most of his life, learning violin and piano in his early years and moving on to Guitar, Bass, Drums and music theory, With 6 years Experience in the industry, and gaining valuable knowledge at college and De Montfort University studying music technology, Nathans mix of various and extensive instrument knowledge, Professional Studio training and real world engineering experience, and a passion for all things music means he is well versed in getting the best sound and performance out of artists, and helping them to create a highy quality and polished piece of music.

Pete Dowsett : Experienced engineer and pillar of the coventry music scene, Pete has developed a unique sound combining his time studying Music Production at Keele & Northampton University with years of experience, working in some of the regions top recording studios. A professional and passionate producer/engineer, his recent work leaves behind a trail of bands who are getting a lot of media and industry attention including Radio One airplay and TV and Festival appearances.
